Handling Times

All items that are a "preorder" or are backordered will have an estimated dispatch period in the description. We do our best to make sure these are as accurate as possible but there can sometimes be unforeseen delays due to suppliers, etc. We will keep you informed of any changes and let you know as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Orders containing preorder or backordered items are held until the entire order is in stock. For example, if you order something that is available now and a preorder that won't be available for another month, you will receive both items in one month, when the preorder item becomes available.

Handling times for in stock items can be up to 7 days (excluding weekends).

International Orders

All international orders (Outside the U.K.) will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. 

Delivery outside the U.K. may be subject to customs, VAT or local sales taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you once your package has arrived at customs to let you know the charge due, or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges will be and are not responsible for them.

Orders being delivered internationally can take up to 6 weeks, however this can vary and be longer depending on location. We are not responsible for how long packages are held by customs. Please be patient and check the tracking details provided regularly for updates.

Returns or Refunds

We’re sorry, but we don’t accept returns unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

We don't accept cancellations. Preorder items are made to order and your payment will fund their production.
